In this role, Paul delivers a wide variety of procurement advisory services, from managing complex procurements to developing category strategies.

Paul has more than 40 year’s procurement experience gathered in dozens of countries around the World, in public and private sectors.

Paul achieved membership of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply by examination in the 1990s and was later elected Fellow by his peers. He is a published author on negotiation, a frequent conference speaker, and chairs the judging panel for Procurement & Supply Australasia’s annual awards.

Paul is also a graduate of the Oxford University Saïd Business School’s Artificial Intelligence Programme, reflecting his commitment to innovation and capability development in modern procurement practice.

Paul writes poetry and has a lifetime interest in the life and works of Bob Dylan.
