Melanie is a member of the probity team delivering a range of probity engagements, exercising quality assurance for deliverables to clients, based on fair and transparent procurement processes. She supports organisations including evaluation panels to make compliant and defensible decisions in accordance with legislative and policy frameworks. This includes providing advice on probity, procurement, process compliance, stakeholder engagement, governance structures, risk management, negotiations, contract management and business processes and audits.
A leader in the public, private and not for profit sectors for over 25 years, Melanie brings current, reliable and practical experience in successfully managing high value, high risk and complex procurements across major public construction and infrastructure projects, and in a range of education, health, asset management & ICT projects. Her expertise includes probity planning, evaluation oversight, market-engagement design and training for evaluation committees.
